After high school, I had not determined what I wanted to pursue, until a very life changing experience had happened at 21 years old. The pursuit of furthering my education, had come when hospitalized for the first attack from Multiple Sclerosis, that had paralyzed the entire right side of my body. It was as wild as it sounds, and I knew I needed to do something with my life.

Feeling the teacher vibes, led to starting off in an Education major. It is fulfilling to see someone experience a “lightbulb” moment with having a realization that in that moment is occurring to them. However, half way through sophomore year, is when I realized that, learning about education is boring.

Switched to Psychology, and I feel at home. I am an extraverted introvert, with natural optimism and automatic empathy towards others.
